A man driving a box truck said a Corvette driver was trying to pass him when the car lost control and hit a utility pole in Macomb County. That crash caused a transformer to slam into the truck's cab, just missing the driver.
Investigators said witnesses reported the Corvette was attempting to pass the truck on a relatively rural road 40 miles north of Detroit. The Corvette lost control, and slammed into the utility pole, dropping the transformers and live wires onto the car. The truck stopped behind the Corvette after it snapped the pole and the transformer crushed the cab of the truck.

Long Haul is a transformer that turns into a dump truck. Long haul is a construction Transformer who plays for the bad guys, which is the Decepticons. Long Haul is usually the one who ends up carrying all the Decepticons equipment and is seen in a few of the Transformer movies. But, he is also the transformer that wishes he could spend more time battling it out with the enemy. The way Long Haul sees it, he gets all the work of being a Decepticon without any of the glory and would like to do a lot more than carrying equipment.
Onslaught is a Decepticon tow truck. Onslaught is not the smartest Decepticon, but he is tough. He combines with his comrades to form Bruticus. Onslaught is a Western Star 4900SF and this one pictured isn't an exact replica, but it might as well be.
This truck is tough looking and looks like it could easily pass for a transformer. Onslaught is the lead of the Combaticons and is a missile launching vehicle. He may be big and strong but he would rather design and set up battle plans and designs than battle himself. But just because he'd rather set up the plans doesn't mean he's afraid to battle.
Sentinel Prime transforms into a Rosenbauer Panther 6X6 airport fire truck. The Panther 6X6 is pretty quick for a firetruck and is also quite powerful. This fire truck pumps out 9,000 l/per minute to match Sentinel Primes' power. Sentinel Prime was once the leader of the Autobots and he made a secret alliance with Megatron during their war. Sentinel crashed on the moon and was stranded there for many years. That was until Optimus Prime, his successor, learned that he was on the moon and went there to bring him back. After he was brought back, Sentinel betrayed the Autobots and teamed back up with Megatron. Unlike the vehicle he transforms into, Sentinel isn't reliable.
This Peterbilt looks exactly like Optimus Prime because it was actually used in the Transformer movie. NASCAR team owner, Rick Hendrick bought the real Optimus Prime at an auction in Scottsdale, Arizona for $110,000. For the first Transformer movie, the producer Michael Bay used a 1979 Customized Peterbilt. This truck is pretty fast for a big old truck. You can spin donuts in this truck at 70 miles per hour which is very impressive for such a large vehicle.
They make special appearances with the truck and travel the country to share this amazing truck with the world. They matched it up side by side with the Optimus Prime used in the movies, and it's very hard to tell them apart. Ryan got everything right down to the tires. This looks exactly like the real Optimus Prime and is an amazing sight to see.
What comes to your mind for first when you hear the word "transformer"? Probably the most of us see a giant robot able to transform into a car, truck or other vehicle. Just like in the famous movie, right? Well, that's absolutely NOT what Advanced Tactics meant while developing their AT Black Knight Transformer. Essentially the vehicle is VTOL (vertical take off and landing aircraft) that transforms from some sort of a helicopter to a cargo truck. Without any shape shifting, limb growth and laser or plasma guns appearance typical for the science fiction movies. The first Black Knight Transformer is a demonstrator vehicle built in December, 2013, and will be able to take off in early 2014.
The company described an example situation to display how their vehicles could be used. The situation is an urban combat and a soldier is injured by a bullet. It is necessary to be transported to a hospital, but the ordinary medicopters and vehicles are not suitable for that purpose. The squad then requests support and the nearby base forwards unmanned AT Black Knight Transformer to evacuate the injured soldier. Two squad members locate safe nearby courtyard for landing zone and wait for the vehicle there. After landing the Black Knight is driven manually as a regular truck along the narrow city streets (this is the reason why the vehicle should be street legal). After reching the innjured soldier he is loaded onboard and a life support system is attached to him. Next, the vehicle is driven back to the landing point where it takes off and transports the wounded soldier to the base for full medical treatment.
Both Advanced Tactics' transformers share the same AT Transformer technology which uses engines with direct drive connection to propelling rotors. The company states that the vehicles are made of modular field-replaceable components. The vehicles are navigated by differences in the thrust between opposing sets of prop-rotors. This feature keeps the design simple and eliminates the complicated articulated rotor system of a regular helicopter. And along with that, the system eliminates the necessity of a a tail rotor. It is expected that the design of the future vehicles will feature more aerodynamic shapes and improvements of some systems.
After striking the transformer in the parking lot of Plaza Discount Liquors, the vehicle continued driving, a witness told police. Officers found the truck in less than 10 minutes of the call - the truck was locked and unoccupied.

It had to shut down early.Despite the mess, the bar owners will host their grand opening celebrations this coming weekend, like they planned to do all along. The owner said she and her husband are staying positive despite the unexpected incident."Yeah, there's been some wrinkles but what are you going to do? We're still going to proceed. We're not going anywhere. We want to make the best of what we got," Festge said.
Enright has been placed on administrative leave according to the chief.Employees at the bar said they're thankful this happened when there were no customers around; the spot where the truck came in was packed with people just the night before.Police said Enright blew a .15 at the scene and failed field sobriety tests. There were no injuries.
Another successful heavy haul move! This 75 000 lbs transformer was successfully delivered to Winchester, Tennesse. #whatittakes to make it happens are small details, like putting marks on the trailer well in advance to make sure the load is perfectly balanced. GTI also took care of managing the unloading crane so that the client had nothing to worry about from the beginning to the end.

This is the second set of Twin Dollies I have purchased from Handtrucks2go. These are used to move 800lb hydraulic elevator tank/ pump assemblies/ tall elevator controllers, and misc elevator crates in and out of buildings. These are very good at stabilizing heavy loads, steering around corners, into elevators, and onto trucks. I plan to buy another set as needed. 2ff7e9595c
